Madison Academic Press(MAP), founded in 2021, with a mission to promote academic publishing, Madison Academic Press has been striving to hold up to the highest possible publishing standards that all our scholars, researchers, academic groups and institutions, shall be proud of. The Terms and Conditions and the use of the MAP Sites indicate that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by all such terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you should stop accessing and using the MAP Sites immediately.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the website and affiliated online services are the property of MAP, and the copyright of the website belongs to MAP or its licensors. You may not copy, hack, or modify the website or online services, or falsely claim that some other site is associated with MAP.
Registration
You may register or otherwise create a user account to access certain parts of the MAP Sites, or to receive certain content and/or to utilize certain functions of our online services, including features in which you interact with other users or us. You are responsible for representing and warranting that your registration information is accurate. Unless otherwise indicated, your registration is for your use only, and you are responsible for the use of any password you create or other information you provide during the registration process as confidential. You are responsible for any loss or damage you or we may suffer if you fail to do so.

Unless otherwise indicated, articles published on the MAP websites are marked “Open Access” and licensed by the respective authors. All articles published are under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license, which allows users to copy, distribute, transmit, adapt and make commercial use of the work under the condition that the user must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests they endorse the user or their use of the work).
Published materials can be reproduced without obtaining permission as long as the correct citation of the original material is given. Please note that some figures, tables, or texts inside a paper may be taken from other copyrighted publications, which you may need to seek permissions from the original copyright holder.

The MAP website and online services may provide links to other websites or external resources. You acknowledge and agree that MAP is not responsible for these sites and resources, and thus is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources. MAP is not liable for any content or operation of such external sites or resources.
Your business dealings with any third-parties, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other warranties, conditions or terms associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party at your own risk.
Modifications
You acknowledge and agree that the MAP Sites may be suspended, withdrawn, discontinued, partly or fully changed at any time, without prior notice.
