Research on Chinese Urban Planning Strategy Against the Background of Smart City Construction

Abstract

With the support of national policies, the construction of smart cities in China is booming, there is a greater impact on the urban spatial cognition, planning and design methods, and program implementation evaluations in the urban planning process. Therefore, from the three aspects——thinking, technology and management, the urban planning strategies such as “crowd funding planning”, “data precision design”, and “dynamic process planning” are proposed.
